This high intensity workout will get your heart rate up while building strength and endurance in your upper body, lower body and especially your CORE! Each unique workout is designed to build a well-developed athlete, with a focus on injury prevention.
Our running program challenges runners to create consistency and push further, whether that means running a mile or a marathon. Surround yourself with this group of likeminded cardio cravers. We meet three times a week for varied running workouts.
Marathon & Half Marathon Training
For the athletes committed to finding a challenge, we offer marathon and half-marathon training programs run year-round. Athletes involved in these programs participate in 3 coached runs per week.
Our one-on-one training programs can be personalized to benefit not only the beginning exercisers but our advanced clients, as well as those interested in sport-specific or post rehab training.
