Our goal at every Endura-Fit class: to train you to go longer and stronger. The high intensity Endura-Fit workouts combine cardio and strength training. Get your heart rate up while strengthening your upper body, lower body and especially your CORE!
Each workout targets specific muscle groups to help reduce the risk of injury during your training and everyday life. During your 60 minutes of Endura-Fit, you will work your cardiovascular system, muscular strength and endurance of your upper and lower body, core, and glutes.
Every class a unique and primarily bodyweight-based workout. Workouts may also involve kettle bells, resistance bands, heavy slam and medicine balls, boxes for stepping up or jumping on, AND Olympic bars for lifts (when you are ready for that).
We train ALL levels, ages, and attitudes, from the beginner just getting off of the couch to the Boston Qualifier!
Endura-Fit members have unlimited access to our 60-minute classes.
