Get Fit SATX 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Full Marathon Training
Train for a 5K in as little at 6 weeks. Train for a 10K in 8 weeks. Train for a Half Marathon, Full Marathon, new PR.
Training consists of:
* 3 coached training runs/week (Every Sunday,Tuesday & Thursday)
* Speed, Hills, Tempo, Endurance
* Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday running schedule (Tuesday/Thursday training days will alternate)
* Weekly training schedules include cross training & strength training workouts
* Amazing group support
* Great training routes all over the greater SA area.
Tuesday – Speed/Tempo 6:00 PM
Thursday – Hills 6:00 PM
Sunday – Endurance 7:00 AM
ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:
Hands on coaching, online scheduling, one on one training tips.
Instruction on specific flexibility and strength training exercises.
